Our Customer Services Team

In our Customer Services team, we excel at keeping our existing customers and Field Sales Staff happy by dealing efficiently with their administrative queries and orders via phone, e-mail, and fax. We work in an exciting, fast moving, fun and multi-skilled environment and take pride in providing a professional, all round service.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Answer telephone calls promptly ensuring a professional approach in conversing with customers and colleagues is adhered to at all times and that maximum availability of your telephone line to the customers is maintained during core office hours.
  • Using any resources at your disposal, process and resolve customer's and colleague's queries that fall into your area of responsibility/expertise (to incude covering for a colleague when necessary/appropriate), escalating any issues to your supervisor or other management when required.  Ensure that the customer is updated as to the progress of their query.
  • Work with your Customer Services colleagues to ensure that suitable cover is maintained at all times, seeking advise/assistance from your Supervisor or Manager when required.
  • Receive and accurateley process all orders.  Promptly bring to the attention of the Head of Customer Services any order related queries that you cannot resolve quickly.
  • Assist with tasks in other areas of the department when required. 

 Suitable candidates will offer the following skills

  • Experience of working in a sales office and/or customer services department
  • Working knowledge of MS Office packages and must be able to adapt to the company's bespoke computer system
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
